PAYMENTS
We are able to accept a variety of payment methods for the payment. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, cheque's , money orders, sterling drafts and bank wire transfers

We are able to accept payment on line from the following Credit/Debit cards.
We do not accept payment via credit card payment from countries, other than from those areas listed on our Shipping pages. We only accept as payment bank transfers or International money orders from Eastern Europe Countries and most African nations (Please contact us for full details).

Cheque's - Made Payable to The Trojan Group Ltd, cheque with order basis. Please note that all cheque's require 7 working days to clear before your order is dispatched.
Postal Order - Made Payable to The Trojan Group Ltd.
Cash - Please send by Registered / Special Delivery only. We strongly advise against the sending of cash. We take no responsibility for any money sent to us using the postal system, all losses are purely the customers responsibility.
Accounts /Purchase Orders - Purchase Orders are accepted by post or fax or email and must quote and official purchase order number.
BACS/Wire Transfer - Account and International Customers can pay directly into our account using the following banking details. All non UK customers will be billed in GBP £ Sterling only. We do not accept payment in any other currency.

If you require the return of the money through order cancellation or dispute, then we will deduct the banks charges from the total. Trojan charges £20 administration fee for this service.
All payments by bank wire transfer must be in GBP £ only. The customer is responsible for all administration/bank charges in the country of origin, and in the UK . We will not dispatch any goods that have not had these charges paid. Payment may be made by any of the above methods, payment by credit or debited card will only be taken upon dispatch of your order. Goods must be paid for in full before your order will be dispatched. Please note that from the 1st September 2005 every credit or debit card transaction must be submitted to a full security check. The security check involves matching the data supplied with your order to the data held on file with your bank (as stated on your bank statement) if the data does not match the transaction will be declined. If we experience a problem processing your card payment will contact you as soon as possible.
Trojan uses Lloyds Cardnet Merchant Services for all credit and debit card transactions.
Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. If we are out of stock of the item we will inform you via email or telephone as to date of next delivery.
When you are placing your first order you must supply your registered card holder address for the delivery, the only exception to this rule is if you can supply a Police or Military address for delivery. Once an order has successfully been delivered to the card holder address subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address (As long as the same credit / debt card is used)
It is the responsibility of the Customer to insure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, if no one is at the address when the courier arrives a card will be left with details of how to arrange a new delivery or collection. If you are not available at your address to sign for your delivery you may nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left at the time of placing your order.
If ordering online please enter this information in the Special Requirements Section. Please note that this is entirely at your own risk as we can not accept any liability for lost or stolen items. Please note that the courier will not leave a parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place unless instructed to do so in writing by Trojan.
Trojan accepts no responsibility for extra delivery charges resulting from failed deliveries, charges for extra delivery attempts and change of delivery address will be payable by the customer. If a parcel is returned to Trojan due to a failed delivery a £10 Return to Sender fee is payable.
We will keep your order on back order for up to 30 days. After this time we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the sale.
No goods will be dispatched without full and proper payment.
All goods are dispatched via City Link & Parcel Force UK or Royal Mail. All orders over 25 Kg will incur additional shipping charge. Expected delivery within the UK
5 working days , however goods may take up to 21 days to arrive. We are able to provide next day delivery to most parts of the UK . Please include this option when ordering . All orders for next day delivery must be ordered before 14.00 pm. All orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We reserve the right to deliver up to 28 working days from date of order.
All goods on standard delivery are delivered between Monday and Friday 09.00 and 17.00
Trojan is able to offer timed deliveries, including Saturday, Same day and Out of Hour deliveries please contact for full details
If goods are damaged in transit, when sign please make carrier aware of this and sign as such. Please refer to our returns policy in the next section.
International Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt of order. If we are out of stock of the item we will inform you via email or telephone as to date of next delivery. We keep back orders for up to 30 days. After this time we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the sale. No goods will be dispatched without full and proper payment.
Orders under 2 Kg are dispatched via Royal Mil International Registered post. Expected delivery 10-15 working days All International orders over 2 Kg are dispatched via Parcel Force International Standard or Euro Express service. Expected delivery 3-10 working days. Certain International Deliveries will be handled by DHL For orders over 20 Kg please contact us for separate shipping details All charges for shipping and handling are at cost. All goods will require a signature on receipt. We do not ship goods via surface mail. Unless due to dangerous Air Cargo or Weight Restrictions If goods are returned to Trojan due to incorrect address being given by customer, no one in to sign for them at destination or goods are refused at destination. We will re ship the items back to you, the postage charge for redelivery will be charged at the current shipping rate. No goods will be dispatched or re-shipped without Trojan receiving full payment including extra shipping
Exports
All exports are charged at export / wholesale price's, and subject to minimum order levels please contact us for details.
All exports will be in accordance to DESO approval and subject to correct export license and laws of all concerned countries.
When ordering please bear in mind that export licenses need to be obtained and checks carried out
We do not ship to countries other that those approved by the UK Ministry of Defence . We will not ship certain restricted items to countries that are under UN sanctions or have questionable human rights policies
Trojan reserves the right to restrict sales or cancel goods to any county with out prior warning
All export orders and prices are subject to contact and approval.
SAMPLES
Trojan is happy to supply samples and full demonstrations, all samples are charged at quoted price with full payment been required before goods are dispatch. On confirmation of order the sample price will be credited against the total cost of order (size dependant).
Returns Policy
In the advent the goods that we supply to you are not suitable for your needs, or are defective in any way you may return them to us.
If a product fails due to poor workmanship we will be happy to replace the item FREE OF CHARGE in the 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated We will not exchange the item if it has been abused beyond normal fair, wear and tear or malicious damage. The item must be clean and free from any dirt. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt we are unable to accept any products without it.
Batteries can only be exchanged if found to be faulty and in the specific manufactories time scale. All batteries must be returned to Trojan for testing and will be replaced repaired at our discretion
Ear-pieces due to Health & Hygiene can only be exchanged if faulty within the designated warranty period as stated in the description
If you wish to return a product due to unsuitability you may do so. The reasons for exchange or refund must be stated clearly in a letter. We are happy to replace, exchange, refund goods up to 7 days from date of delivery (Except Ear-pieces as stated above). All goods must be in new un-used condition, we will not exchange any item that has been used, unless due to poor workmanship. All goods sent in for exchange must be accompanied with appropriate postal charge payment so we are able to redeliver the goods. No goods will be dispatched without payment.
Customers who return goods to us due to unsuitability within 7 days of date of purchase will be offered a credit note for total value, or if you require refund, a 10% restock fee will be charged All goods returned to us after 7 days and within 14 days will be refunded with a credit note After 14 days we will not accept any items for return due to unsuitability as all sales are final If goods are returned after 14 days we will hold the item for you, either for collection or redelivery Re-delivery will incur standard rate postal charge No Postal charges are refunded on any orders, unless due to our mistake
We advise that all returns are sent via a signature on receipt service, so that you know when they have arrived. We take no responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit whilst being returned to us All shop sales are deemed final, unless due to sub standard products being sold
PLEASE NOTE Goods that have been maliciously damaged will not be covered. Zips and buckles will not be covered under our refund policy
